However, this hot pot can't be eaten right away. While watching the hot pot, the chicken dishes come out one after another. They're all freshly cooked, have a great flavor, including from the charcoal fire, and you can enjoy the deliciousness of various parts of the chicken. As for the main dish, the mizutaki, well, it's more like chicken shabu-shabu. It's delicious when eaten with a little ponzu sauce. We finish off with champon... the high-quality, healthy fat is perfect for preventing aging. ”

“ This popular restaurant requires reservations! Their golden mizutaki and charcoal-grilled chicken are delicious. The champon noodles that are served at the end of the meal are also highly recommended. Reservations are required, but we don't recommend making one over the phone. This is because the reservation may not be reflected depending on the person you speak to. I was turned away at the door because I didn't have a reservation, and left, but they contacted me later and apologized, saying it was their mistake. However, they couldn't prepare a table right away, so I waited about an hour before entering. I was furious at their initial response and thought I'd never come back, but their subsequent response showed sincerity, so I was able to enjoy the food. ”
